Steve Parish Photograph Australia

Photo Tip: Photographing wildflowers
Australia has over 2000 species of flowering native plants - more than any continent on earth. The most spectacular areas are in the continent's south-east, south-west and arid zones. Their abundance is seasonal and dependent on rainfall, so some years are better than others.
The suburbs of Paddington, Spring Hill, West End and Toowong are particularly good for hunting out quaint 'Old Queenslanders'.
