Photo Tip: Quiet
![]() Go quietly. Rainforest birds and mammals do not like sudden noises. Try and pick times of the day or year when other people are less likely to visit so noise is reduced to a minimum.

Around Australia: (Cattle mustering)
![]() Stretching from Barring on the New South Wales border to Normanton in the Gulf of Carpentaria, the Matilda Highway is an excellent drive for those interested in photographing colourful characters, historical sites and buildings and an ever changing landscape. A great idea is to make contact with the owner of a cattle station and plan your visit when mustering is under way. The highway is best traversed during the cooler mid-year months.
